Hi. When it comes to subscriber wireless access, I usually do this. I am preparing a table in MS Excel, in this table there are access points in rows and columns. It turns out similar to pivot table. In the cell at the intersection, I write the signal level of the access point in the column that the access point in the row sees. Signal levels can be learned by switching access points to scan/spoof mode one by one. Then, according to the resulting table, I allocate frequencies to access points. If we are talking about the backbone network, then IMHO there is no universal solution and you need to understand your problem.
