You need a device can report its GNSS location periodically to a server over CAT 1/M1 connection, have motion detect, and support dual battery powers. You'll receive support from idea to production ready: circuit design, layout, firmware developing, prototype making, BOM, gerbers, pick and place files, etc. I have done two similar projects - One using high-end UBLOX 3G, GNSS, Bluetooth NRF52 modules as tracking device. It include motion detect, battery monitoring, dual power sources and battery charging. - One using low-cost Quectel M1, GNSS modules and Arduino-base micro-controller as a vehicle tracking device. So this project tentative schedule as below: - Discuss and finalize technical requirements: 3-7 days - Design first schematic, layout: 10 -15 days - Waiting for PCB ordering, assembling: 15 - 21 days. We'll develop firmware in this time also. - Testing, fix firmware: depends on adjustment - Final circuit design: 7 days - Test final prototype, prepare for production. 15 days

Hello, I can used ATtiny famely, or STM8, and i can assebly for you devices I have many years of experience in the development of electronics. I can prepare all the technical documentation for mass production. Also fulfill all conditions for certification CE, FCC and ROHS compliance. PCB layout and Circuit Design (Altium or KiCad) I develop compact solutions, and use the new component base and surface mount components. I can show examples, add me to Skype - ivanchuba or email.
