Android Application

I need a simple android app for my project. the aim of the project is to control home appliances through android and micro-controller having a bluetooth module as a communication medium between the android app and micro-controller. The app that i need will contain the following features: 1) A door bell and an electronic door lock will be attached to the micro-controller. when the bell is rang, micro-controller atmel 8051 sends a signal to the bluetooth module and the BTM (bluetooth module) will send this data to the android phone on which our app is running. when our app will get this signal it will take a pic and will send it as MMS to the admin number. if the admin replies with door:1, our app will send a signal via bluetooth to BTM and the electric door will be opened otherwise if the admin replies with door:0 the door will remain close else it will send a message to admin's number "INVALID Command". Now, Firstly i want you to develop this module for android. 2) there will be 4 electrical appliances attached with atmel 8051. lets say at port 1 its fridge, on port 2 its tv e.t.c. admin must have the ability to update the appliances port e.g port 1 was set to fridge and admin can set it to tv by sending sms set:1:tv to the android phone on which our app is running. 3) The admin can turn the appliances on if he sends sms to our app device:fridge:on. in this case our app will send a signal to BTM and the device will be turned on simmilarly if he sends the sms device:fridge:off the device will be turned off. 4) The admin can set a timer device:fridge:on:5 it means turn on the device fridge after 5 minutes. Timer will be thread based. Remember BTM is attached to Atmel 8051 so keep in mind that every signal from android to BTM will ultimately be controlled by Atmel. Its not a big android app, for further queries do let me know. i want it ASAP also mention the BTM which will be compatible with atmel 8051. Please mention your deadline aswell. i am looking for android developer on permanent basis.
