MAX7219 with PIC18F2550 Dot Matrix

I need assistance in getting a working model of my DOT Matrix project! This will be my third attempt on getting this working without any luck. I have made the design files with using Eagle software and program it using MikroC using the PIC18F2550 controller which I will provide once the project has been awarded. I will need a sample code using MikroC along with any required revisions to my current design files.
