Create/Manage a PPC Campaign

Hello there, My company is currently thinking about investing on SEO / SEM. The aim of our website is to drive new sellers by signing up a form ([login to view URL]). Our first analyses show that organic search could be improved, especially from baidu (80% of the inflow). We are looking for a freelancer to help us on launching our first PCC campaigns on baidu.
