Google doc and translation into arabic

I need a freelancer to assist me build a questionnaire in Google doc. So, i could share the questionnaire link with the key informants. Key informants are allowing to response to the questionnaire items, BUT not to change anything in the questionnaire itself. Notes: 1- I have the questionnaire in excel sheet. 2- I set the response, for open and closed responses. 3- I have a gmail account. 4- the questionnaire in English language 5- I will give you all what you need to do the job. 6- the questionnaire is already done in Google doc now. 7- I need translate into Arabic. 8- You are going to add the the arabic translation of each statement under its English statement, BUT not the responses choices. 9- Freelancer must understand arabic and able to translate from English into arabic and add the arabic translation. 10 - questionnaire attached in the pdf format.
