Project Description these are the parameters for the database: Information from time sheet input into time tracking spreadsheet and output onto the invoice templates. Internal required information: Sick leave accrual and detraction when used. Vacation accrual and detraction when used. Client required information: Time and cost per each office employee (individual invoices including per diem) Time and cost per trade per task number (individual invoices per task excluding per diem) Breakdown of hours (ST & OT) and cost (ST & OT) per task per trade (bottom section of invoice) My goal would be to receive the filled out timesheet, open a database interface that allowed me to (unless it can actually scan the info and input it for me) select the job, the employee name, input the time, and have it print my invoices automatically. We will need to be able to manipulate employee names, pay rates, per diem, and be able to review the information on the weekly time tracker. I have cumulative sick days working, but no way to take out what they use. Need THis I have no vacation tracking at all. Need this
