We are looking for a data entry person who work with different tools, provided by us. Here are the steps. 1 - Login to [login to view URL] and check copy and paste property information into Podio 2 - Access an XLS file and and copy the listing agents email into Podio 3 - copy and paste property information into podio then submit the documentr 4 - Send a Text message to the agent by using Google voice - the entire process wont take longer than 10 minutes 5 - please watch this video to see exactly what you need to do [login to view URL] We will provide all the data and access to our tools. We will be available for a skype session whenever needed. We will train the person and provide full support as well. We are looking for a long term relationship with the contractor. This job posting is to repeat the routine described in the video and above 40 times a day with 40 different properties. The bid should be for one month work. We will setup Milestones for every week of the month. The contractor must pay attention to detail and not make any mistakes by entering the information.

Hello Sir, I can understand your project purpose. Have to enter the data from Flipcomp to podio. Also need to submit the document(copy paste info from Flipcomp) to podio as well A text messages will be sent to agent through Google voice. I can understand 40 properties needs to entered as daily basis. so basically it's 40 X 10 = 400 mins/60 = 7 hours job daily.
