Make my excel spreadsheet beautiful

I have a 1 page excel spreadsheet to calculate project ROI and capture project benefits.
It's ugly and needs to be redesigned to 2018 design standards: less colour, needs zebra striping, consistent cell sizes, more white space, better cell alignment etc.
This isn't a technical excel project, it's an excel design project, I don't want you to make the spreadsheet work better, I want you to make it look better.

Any changes you make must be easily configurable by me (no coding, VBA etc) so only use normal excel functions. I am likely to need to modify the spreadsheet quickly when I'm working with clients so don't make things complex.
Please include a link to any relevant work when you bid.
