Hi, I have over 11 years of industry experience in C#, VB.net, MS-Access, SQL Server, Crystal Reports and MySQL. I have worked a similar project in the past where i generated Visio template through C# code. For your case suggest to share the template. I can write a routine in C# which will read values from text file and will place in appropriate boxes in Visio template. We can also place label in text file along with value so we know which values relates to which textbox. Alternately we can also use excel sheet to input labels and respective values.
