The ideal candidate: - You will need high energy with a fun, friendly and get it done attitude - Ability to read, write and most importantly comprehend english at an expert level - Available 7:30am - 5:30pm Central Standard Time - extremely persistent personality to stay on top of me and my employees/colleagues/clients - extremely flexible and adaptable with plans and tasks assigned - willing to train to learn anything - willing to TRY AND FAIL rather than let permission or clarification get in the way of trying to do things and moving things forward. Basically, dont let me be the bottleneck! Types of tasks: - Reminding other people to do things and reminding me to do things - Supporting various of my staff members by helping them update the crm/project management tools - Preparing reports based on data accessible in our crm, time keeping and project management software - Researching and preparing reports on various topics, potential clients, etc. for internal use - accessing accounts where monies are spent on behalf of clients and adding those expenses into our reimbursement process - Telling people good job, looking good, or sending them encouragement on my behalf - Sending template emails and following up on secondary emails in the CRM - Telling users of my software thank you for using it or reminding them to use it more - Commenting on blogs and sites to try and get link backs to other sites - researching potential new leads and adding them to the crm - organizing files or emails - transcribing my voice notes to emails, google docs, or otherwise
