I am Ervie Mae Q. Vizcarra. I've been working in the BPO industry for 5 years now. I was able to handle different accounts (Billing, Sales, Technical, Customer Service) for Dell, ATT & Comcast.
For 5 years of working as a call center agent, I was able to master different ways of dealing with different types of customers and perform multi-tasking all the time (over the phone, chat & e-mail). Helping clients solve their issues and knowing that I’ve had a positive impact on someone each day is highly rewarding and motivating to me. I enjoy building a relationship with each client and ensuring that they receive the ultimate customer support.
I am also certified as a computer support specialist and undergo additional training twice a year to ensure that I remain up to date with the latest technical services.
