I started off my career as a Data Analyst handling claims request year 2010. Got transferred to a financial institution year 2014, gaining expertise in system software such as Oracle and SAP, applications such as MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook as well as Google features such spreadsheet, Google docs, Hangout and calendar. I have a huge interest in social media platform such as Facebook, Wordpress and LinkedIn.
Seven (7) years in the BPO industry has made me fully equipped and more exposed to the changes in human capital and technology.
