USA Taxation - Excel formula

I have built most of the excel spreadsheet. I am looking for assistance with the formula I want inputted in cell D15. Most of the work is done, however, I need assistance with the big formula to be placed in cell D15. Please also look over my formulas, but please do not change any of the formatting in others cells. I am looking to get an estimated tax payment from a federal, state, and NIIT (Medicare tax) perspective. I only have 3 state inputs currently, which are the most important, which will be New York, New Jersey and Connecticut. If you can make it love for all states, that would be very helpful, but not necessary. I have created minor formulas , starting in cell O58, to calculate each the tax from a state perspective. I have inputted the state tax brackets beginning in cell O47, with an active formula in cells O58:O65, T58:T64, Y58:Y64. Federal tax bracket (Married Filing Jointly) is inputted in O35, with an active formula from R35:R4. I believe my active formulas are accurate outputs. NIIT (Medicare Tax) only comes applicable if you have over $250,000 of taxable income. that formula is in cell N44. N35, N44 and N47 hold the necessary output depending on their taxable income (therefore, determining their tax rate). I have inputted a small state input in cell B14. Again, only change I want is in cell D15. In terms, I essentially want the output to be , If you make X, and you are from New Jersey or New York, or Connecticut, this is how much you will pay total from a federal, state and medicare tax perspective. Keep in mind that i want Marginal numbers. For example, If a guy makes $150,000, from a federal perspective, he is charged 10% on 18,650, then 15% on 57,249 (75,900-18,651), then 25% on 74,099 (150,000-75,901). Any questions please let me know. Looking for, again, as described above, If a guy makes x, and is from New York or New Jersey or Connecticut, how much do they pay in taxes (Federal + State + NIIT). that's the solve.
