New Block Investments is a new residential redeveloper poised for aggressive growth in the Dallas/Fort Worth area of Texas. We are seeking a motivated and creative social media manager for our online presence. This person needs great time management skills to follow schedule below weekly. Occasional research is required, as expertise with Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter and Instagram are the sites we are focusing on. Other sites may be added at later times. This person must also have knowledge of SEO and its integration into a social media campaign. Proficient with Hootsuite and its tools for managing sites, grammar, and English language skills. These are the particular task to be completed: Posting insightful/educational news, creative blogs, and interesting/funny pics as needed throughout week. Media manager must also report weekly on status of sites, management of responses, and welcomed ideas. Customer Service skills are also a requirement with a professional creative writing tone. Here is the basic schedule for social media manager to follow weekly: Monday: Blogs Wednesday: educational news Friday: funny pics/inspirational quotes We are looking for this person to be constantly thinking about reaching new customers and tweaking what’s not working.
