Logo Letterhead and Banner

Logo/ Letterhead & Business Card / Web Banner Designs Part 1: For someone to design a logo for my packaging business. We sell boxes, bags, film, strapping, tapes, pallets, etc. I've added several examples of logos that I like elements of (not necessarily color - I prefer 'conservative' colors over bright). My initial thought is for the logo to have the look/feel of boxes on a pallet (see attached photo) with some 'engineered' lines representing design. Packaging design, both inside and out of the package, is a large element to our business. Part 2: Creating letterhead and business cards...As a play on the phrase 'Thinking outside the box' I'm liking a slogan like "We think IN and OUT the box". Our company name is Interstate Products, Inc. our websites name is [login to view URL] Please feel free to contact me if you feel more detail on the business would be helpful. Part 3: To create a web banner that uses Flash. Thinking of several final boxes (cubes) flying in to complete load on pallet with a 'swirl' of stretch film (the clear plastic that wraps the boxes together) or straps to hold things down. May make for nice animation, and make sense of the logo. I want something 'sharp' - no fading shadows, color shifts or mirror images.... Looking for something professional not 'cute' - we deal with engineers and buyers. Want a logo that is not obviously a pallet with boxes on it, but shows a graphic representation in design. Payment would be made in 3 parts, after completion of each part. We would retain all rights to the design. I have a clear vision of what I want and I'm not difficult to deal with, however, there will be numerous revisions.... Please submit mock-ups, don't be afraid to suggest variations from description, these samples will weigh heavy on who I go with. I will still look closely at bids over $300. Then there is still a web site to develop later….. Simple design or suggestions
