Make a design for game site with flash header

Hi,

I am looking for a new design for a gaming website. It have to be a column based design like in [url removed, login to view] or in [url removed, login to view]

The psd that you make have to be sliced xhtml valid (with slicing I mean to put the psd in html)

Please make an original design with an original idea, also think about that for the slicing the design must be stretchable (to increase and decrease the lenght of the columns)
