Looking for a new Freelance designer. I have a need for Advertising Banners using FLASH. Designer MUST have extensive experience in Advertising Banner Design. I need so consultative help to develop the most effective banner possible. I will award follow-on banners based on Quality, Attention to Detail and Success of Banner. We are a premium Skincare brand. Target Audience is Women 24-45. First Banner is 160X600 Looking for winter theme 2 Versions needed, one with Holiday gifting imagery that can be removed for a version that runs through January. Current Static Banners are attached. Need to move fast on project. If you can't complete in a couple days, please do not bid.
