Web App Maintenance and Improvement (Ruby On Rails)

Hi!

I am looking for an individual that can help us maintain and also make feature improvements to our web app. We are a small pet care business in Chicago and are looking for someone that we can work with long term.

I don't know too many details about the technical aspects of the app but I believe it is built with Ruby on Rails and I know that we use Heroku.

If this is something that you have knowledge about (backend coding, databases, Ruby on Rails, Heroku and web app expertise, then we'd really like to hear from you). We could use help evaulating the next steps when it comes to giving a freelancer this project.
