Do you like to write about food? Then you'll love this job! You will need cooking expertise and a creative imagination. This is about ideas, original and creative ideas. Working Title: "101 Recipes & Techniques for smoking your food without a smoker" Create an ebook in Word Document Format, according to Amazon ebook guidelines, featuring recipes and techniques for cooking foods that are typically made in a smoker. Pulled Pork. Beef Brisket. Smoked Salmon. Fruits. Vegetables, Eggs, Cheese, Nuts, and other foods you didn't know you could smoke! This is for an American audience. Each recipe or technique must fit onto one page and not be overly complicated. Would like to see about 75% recipes and 25% smoking techniques. A smoking technique can be a physical set up - or it can include flavorings & seasonings to create the same effect. Attach free-to-reuse photos whenever possible. Looking for unique ways to smoke outside, inside, in an oven or crockpot or other inexpensive kitchen gadget. These recipes must be practical, not complicated, original - not copied. An international twist is OK, as long as it does not dominate the entire work. Be creative and come up with realistic ideas for this project.
