Google analytics - Verify setup - Setup multi currency - Suggest improvements

Need an expert in google analytics for a multi currency and language webshop. It is estimated that the below tasks will take 5-15 hours for someone with adequate / deep knowledge in Google analytics. Inititial project is: (1) Verify set up is correct (it is a multi store / language /currency webshop in Magento) (2) Suggest improvements in setup if needed (3) Set up report and settings so that multi currency is converted correct (the webshop uses different currencies for different markets) [login to view URL] (4) Give explanation and provide more data to help webshop owners understand conversion rate numbers and improve. (5) Show and make reports that are interesting for webshop owners. Make suggest 5 different reports views that shows interesting information about visitors. (6) Answer some specific questions about vistors (e.g. why are there a lot of visitors from Germany that only spends 1 second on the site). Project will continue if work is performed as expected.
