Chrome Extension - Show Contact Data from my CRM in Gmail Sidebar

I am looking for an experienced Chrome extension developer. Following Tasks to be done by developer; 1. create a Chrome plugin by integrating with my CRM system and Chrome using API 2. extension can be installed by purchasing first from my website and downloading from Chrome store 3. develop website order page which will have order form for the chrome extension (monthly recurring payment) 4a. Monthly recurring payment system will be integrated with the order page once it is paid and extension installed, chrome will open a sidebar within gmail and show contact data taken from CRM within this sidebar (extension will check the FROM and TO email addresses within the selected email in gmail and if email matches the data in the CRM, extension will show contact details in the sidebar 4b. user will be able to edit contact data within the sidebar and updates will sync with my CRM. 5. if email does not match any of the contacts in the CRM, extension will have the option to add a new contact to the CRM 6. Developer will also get approval from Google Chrome store and publish it 7. Details and screenshots will be sent to developer 8. project files and details will be provided using Google Drive 9. there will be 4 milestones for this project.  step-1 develop extension step-2: develop ordering system step-3 Submit extension to Chrome step-4. test everything with actual 2 clients and make necessary adjustments 10. developer will provide 90 day support after the project has been completed.
