Create Print and Packaging Design for cd

I need someone to create a design for a dvd sleeve cover and 2 discs. (both disc designs will be the same but have one minor text change in the heading) Both need to be supplied in formats suitable for professional printing and cd duplication. Logo and images will be supplied. A professional finish and design is required to attract customers to buy my product. The cover must include: - one of the images attached - 'For ages 3 to 8' - PC Compatible and Flash logo - Logo attached - Disclaimer on rear of cover: 'This product and the content, information, concepts and material within it are the copyright of Lessons4Life and may not be reproduced in whole or in part without prior written permission of Lessons4Life.
