Icons and Splash Screens to be made for website's iphone app

I am in process of finalising my iPhone app for my website. I need the following icons and splash screens in all the sizes as PSD files. I only need one good design with minor adjustments (see attached files and sizes given below for examples). 1- Icons are required in different sizes for the apps. If need custom icons in a packed zip(archive) file, the required icons sizes are listed below in pixels (PSD is recommended). iPhone: 57x57; 114x114; 60x60; 120x120 iPad: 72x72; 144x144; 76x76; 152x152 Icon for the App Store: 1024x1024 2- Splash Screen is displayed on launching my app. The images are required in different sizes for iPhone and iPad apps. If need images in a packed zip(archive) file, the required image sizes are listed below in pixels (PSD is recommended). iPhone (portrait and landscape views): 320x480; 640x960 480x320 960x640; 640x1136; 1136x640 iPad (portrait and landscape views): 768x1004; 1536x2008 1024x748 2048x1496 The App is related to socialengine based website ( [login to view URL] ) so you can get the idea as to what kind of icons I would like to have. As an example: I need Icon with some with only logo design and some with design and the word "Flippic" and if space allows then "Connecting People Around the World". If icon is small then only the design and word "Flippic". Few files are included as example with this description.
