Simple eLearning project using existing images and text

Hi, project: online and offline engaging version of my developed learning material, using and editing existing images to suit, integrating and synchronizing speech ( I will supply audio files). Online: Adobe Captivate style, but not limited to (you can suggest equal or better solution) - for website only (will not be sent to youtube or similar). Offline: Copy protected PowerPoind DVD Description: if divided into slides, the project has around 160 slides / individual answers. Not every slide has image in it, about 25% of them don't have [login to view URL] need to appear "live" - fade in, fly in, spiral in and also same on the way out, at the very least (you will. There are some images (maybe up to 30%) where your creativity needs to be challenged and to make actual movement with image (design the change in image to reflect the actual action that has taken place) and to add sound effect (crashing, smashing, whistling, or similar). Whole presentation needs to flow on start without need for "clicking", but it also needs to be able to stop, rewind, forward etc, just normal. It also needs to have navigation/home/menu, where it can be navigated from to 7 different sections and be able to be played from any section. Same version needs to be converted to suitable files that can be burned onto DVD and presented via Power Point, with all its aspects of functionality. Advice on how to install and use the above project needs to be included as well, final payment to freelancer will be made upon successful testing of both versions. Freelancers are highly encouraged to ask for clarification about the project but also to submit their own suggestions, it doesn't have to be any particular version - best will win.
