New Website, Logo, Banner, Business Card & Facebook page for Ace Build

Website Brief I am after a quality design package for my new company Ace Build Pty Ltd specialised in building and construction management and contracting. the package to include a new Website design, Logo, Banner, Buisiness Car design and facebook page. My domain name is [login to view URL] I already had a go at building my own - happy to use the same contents for the first mockup as per my website [login to view URL] that I built using Vistaprint web builder. I prefer the theme to be a combination of light and drak grey colours instead of blue and the house at the header to be replaced with an office building or a high rise instead. Need a simple but professional look with tab buttons on the top and options for vertical tabs on the left hand side (vertical). Max 10 pages. First page to show a Slideshow as per this website [login to view URL] Also will require the code for the website and copyrights so I can make changes if needed in the future (let me know what software you propose to use). Need header and footer, logo, ability to add links to other websites, all included. will send photos once the project is awarded LOGO / Banner / business card all to match the same them for the website LOGO brief Logo to only show the company name attached " AceBuild " 2 colours grey and drark grey - Ace in grey and Build in dark grey the A in Ace to be designed to look like a highrise building with 3 D dimensions I have attached my old logo for info have the slogan in smaller font (Build with Value) simple and professional look
