Build Joomla crowdfunding site

We are looking to create a boutique crowd funding site on joomla. We have actually bought an extension for this [url removed, login to view] and also invitex and email beautifier from the same company. When our users navigate to the site we want them to see the full jgive feature set and also be able to use the invitex features to refer each other. or describing terms of service, coThe users should be able to create/manage campaigns. All users should be able to browse by categories/donate. Basically everything that is standard in the plug in. We think paypal adaptive payments will work well for us which they have as a config. We want to be able to control the homepage content and also need to have pages for terms of service, FAQ, Fees, contact us, how it works, blog, mailing list. We would like to have nice looking UI, so maybe would want to use a template such as this [url removed, login to view]

But are open to whatever as long as it is responsive and bootstrap 3. We also want it to be able to integrate with the major social networks for login and to post for sharing so something like this

[url removed, login to view] . Once there is a usable website we would want someone that can help with enhancements and etc. Please let us know a quote for initial work.
