Important note: All bids with generic messages would be ignored. I require you to bid with the detailed plan, guiding us everything that we would require for setting up this website and business. Include all the costs (one-off + ongoing). For example, Purchase of Local Server, Systems, Technology, Processes, Storage, Security, People requirement for the ongoing maintenance, etc. Note: Preference would be given to a bidder who is able to show a prototype! The objective is not just to build the website but also the ongoing maintenance as well as scaling up to include more products and features etc. Task: - We require an end-to-end insurance aggregator website and mobile app similar to [login to view URL] - However, ultimately the goal is that the website should shift to higher standard like [login to view URL] (only insurance products section)! - The website needs to integrate with the insurance companies through API in Saudi Arabia. Please note we are able to get APIs from the insurance companies. - Also, it needs to integrate with the 2-3 external data providers to look up customer and vehicle details - Needs to be on a local server - The website etc. needs to be scalable so to introduce / sell more products in the future - The website should be able to handle a very large number of users and be available all the time - The website should be really optimised so that quotations are created quite quickly and prices fetched in no time with no time lag - Data security needs to be considered - Payment gateway - User profile and account management - Website needs to be in four languages: English; Arabic; Hindi; Urdu

Hello, I am the owner of a software development company with more than 10 years of experience in this industry and I am confident we can build the application you need as well as to provide post launch support needed as described. This is not a generic message, but it cannot be the detailed plan either as you requested since the information provided is not sufficient to prepare something like this. We can give you the plan and more, but we need to talk first to get all details in place. A local server is not a problem, but the cost for this depends a lot on the supplier as well as the anticipated initial server load and this needs to be also elastic. "A very large number of users" is really not sufficient for any estimate and whoever says it is will probably be lying to you. Multi language, third party providers integration as well as all other requirements in the description are something we can handle without a problem, but we need to know that on your side you are a serios buyer committed on getting the best solution and not the cheapest price so I hope you will let us know when we can talk about everything so we can start working on your project.
