Buy digital service website

So what I need is a script (website) see in the image uploaded the example. It will be like a monthly box but with digital items. What I need: Login / Register System Account System ( In the account user must see their purchased boxes ) The main element of this website will be the monthly box. This box must contain: items included, price, box name, and a timer for example for 30 days. The payment systems I need are : PayPal , Bitcoin, Credit Card (optional ) ( You can use any payment gateway ) The registration must contain Username, First Name, Last Name, Email and Password When a member successfully completed the payment for the box he must get a email on the email provided with subject "Purchase Completed" Also when he complete the payment on his profile must appear each item from that box with a button called "Claim" when he press claim on each item he will get a form where he must provide some information.. ( I will modify that ) and on each form will be a button called Send. When he complete the information and press send a email must come to me with the information provided, his username and his email. That's all.
