[login to view URL] is a new online store that caters to the rave / festival niche, launched officially on 1st January 2018. We are now seeking experienced or inexperienced artists and graphic designers to create shirt designs for us. The designs ideally should be psychedelic or geometric, but we also would like some fun joke designs that are relatable to our target audience. The designs will be QA checked before listing, and should if possible be saved as a .PNG although in some cases depending on circumstance .JPEG will be accepted. Our business is still in startup with a very limited budget. So as appose to a single payment for the designs, we instead would like to offer 70% commission of the gross profit made per sale. (Profit margins are at our discretion) For you, this means the more designs you give us, the higher chance of your design being sold. Since the pay is commission based you have an unlimited opportunity to create a passive income for yourself. Our business model is also built around sustainability, meaning over the coming years as the business grows, it's highly unlikely we will go out of business. We can not guarantee that your designs will be purchased by anyone, but we will certainly conduct our marketing processes to the best of our ability.
