Creating an Android Soundboard App

I want Soundboard Android app, including no more than buttons and texts.

Most importantly, buttons must show duration of the sound once played using Ripple Effect

(you can see in the image I attached)

REQIREMENTS

-MY BUDGET IS ONLY $20

-Deadline is ASAP! (no more than a day, It's an easy project) freelancer will start working immediately.

-Must be easy to add/remove sounds and their names from project file, I don't want to deal with the code too much. (most important one)

-Admob ads must be integrated (banner + interstitial)

-Features like setting sounds as notification or ringtone.

-Must be Android Studio 3.0 project

-You'll start from scratch. I won't provide anything, but reference app's play store link.

Similar app Screenshot added. You will basically copy that app.
