Hi Freelancers, Thank you for your interest in my project. Over the past year, we have been developing an iPad application that functions as a hire management application for our sports hire store. The design of the application so far has been completed by myself and due to the lack of design experience it appears cluttered and before launching we are looking for it to be redesigned by a professional app designer. Please take your own interface UX design experience to let me know where you think areas could be improved by new features or design styling. The application is run off two iPad’s in store that are currently on iPad stands where customers have access to these iPads. These iPads allow users to create an account, take a photo of there identification, select there hire equipment and are delivered a summary of their hire. After completing this process the hire is then managed by staff, where through the staff backend of the application the staff can complete this hire process by entering in the equipment ID for the hire items and selecting the preferred payment option (instore or online). The staff back end also has functions that allows for customer lookup, equipment search and damage reporting. Each of the sections will be explained in the file attached. Currently we are just looking for you to design the iPad screens but once this is completed we would also be looking for you to design the phone screens which we would offer to you as a separate project.
