UI/UX Designer to design our JobsApp Mobile App and WebBackend for Admin

We are looking for a UI/UX Designer to design our JobsApp Mobile App and WebBackend for Admin in an easy-to-use interface. The core broad objective of the app is to create a MobileApp Job Platform, allowing Job Seeker and Job Poster to login, manage their respective profile and job applications and job postings as appropriate as seeker and poster. The app will also have payment gateway enabled with subscription to adjust their listing as "featured" highlighted profile / job for 4 different packages of different period ranges. The app will be designed to accommodate presentation in "multiple Indian languages". -- More inputs during the discussion As a UI/UX Designer responsibilities include: - Building UI assets for Android App and WebBacked Admin portal. - Gathering and evaluating user requirements - Illustrating design ideas using process flows and sitemaps - Design graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs and widgets - Build page navigation buttons and search fields - Develop UI mockups and prototype that clearly illustrate how sites and mobile apps function and look like - Prepare and present rough drafts - Conduct adjustments based on feedback We presume you have an experience with design software and wireframe tools. If you also have a portfolio of professional design projects that includes work with web/mobile applications, you are most likely to be hired. You have to create both functional and appealing UI features that address our needs. *** 100% NO NEGOTIATION ON BUDGET AFTER THE PROJECT OFFER.
