As an SEM company we usually market business on on Google using their location and business type, we want to have a site built similar to a business directory but for each major catchment area in the UK. Web users will need to search via business type, location, post code etc.... Business owners will be able to input their business on this site and manage the content of their listing via CMS. Think of a more up to date yellow pages, we have put together a brief document to give bidders a better understanding. DO NOT send us a standard contact/bid "Yes we can do this blah blah" we will only be interested in looking at partners who have read our document and can provide a detailed description of how you will work with us to build this project, your experience,and your ideas. Unless a proposal is forwarded relevant to our needs, any generic messages/bids will be ignored. If you can't take the time to pitch for our business then we wont take the time to listen. This is a larger than usual project which is why we want those interested in working with us to take the time to read and understand our requirements by sending a proposal. This will open up a door to work with a marketing company with this project alone giving 22 new websites to be built. Any questions feel free to ask, we look forward to finding our new web partner. Hello.. It appears that you need a directory website, right in saying a kind of yellow pages. 1) Can you please confirm that there wont be any payment integrations for business owners? 2) You will obviously need a responsive website, with a CMS. However, Its not clear if you want to use any engine like Wordpress etc. Please clarify if custom PHP is a requirement here. We can go both ways by the way. 3) I understand different areas you need, having search options for front end users. Same areas will be required for business owners to create and manage their entries. Do you want an admin control over contents so that without approval nothing goes online? I am quite interested in this, and I can provide an activity guide including timeframes etc. But for that, you have to reply me. We dont have any option to add an attachment while bidding. looking forward. Tx

Hi, I have read your project details. I have also seen the londontown. As you mentioned that business owner can list their business through cms pages so i can understand that we need to create a separate panel for business where it is kind of mini site for them where they can add the listing or their business and you will have a different panel that obviously have all the things visible for you . Also for the technology wise if you have any preference ? like wordpress or any MVC framework . Well in my opinion we should make it in good MVC platform like Cake php or Yii using the database of mongodb. Please share your views with me. thanks

As per y understanding you are looking for local directory/search engine from where users can Search hospitals, restaurants, pets, educational industry, property, shops, hotels and lots more. Users also can search in advance mode to filterize more. From this site users can find anything and get contact details and more info of a particular city.
