Editing of 24 second clip video. *Comedy understanding of humor needed* Simple project video editing of 24 second clip. Need subtitles added and small animation

I have a some money to get rid of in my Freelancer account. This is just a small project for a comedy joke but if you do a good job we can build a relationship and I'll have more work for you in the future. This is my first time using this site. I need one set of subtitles to come up when the women speaks and another set of subtitles in a different color for when the young boy speaks. I would also like when he says "I start seeing the roof come off the houses in front of me" A small animation can be something as simple as stick figures or something already out on the internet. (long as its copyright free) Would be nice but don't have to have it. Also when he says "I was thinking" Small dots that lead up to an idea cloud with a light bulb and then the subtitles there. I would also like the adobe output files I save those. The video is low quality because of it wouldn't let me post a higher quality version I attached. I'll pay anyone $20 to do it this one you don't need to spend hours on. Whatever your willing to do let me know.
