HR - EMPLOYEE DATABASE -MS ACCESS

I need you to develop some software for me. I would like this software to be developed . Develop HR Employee Database with Ms Access (Multi User)the following: 1. Convert present excel based database to Ms Access with user friendly front end. 2. Employee history capability. 3. Appraisal process and collecting proposals from various departments at any time of the year by sending the current situation. 4. History comparison for the accepted new proposal and current data. 5. Importing payroll data and comparing with existing database. 6. Earned tickets, used tickets, balance etc 7. Leave balance 8. Various comparison reports 9. Adhoc reports 10. Accomodation Database linked with main database 12. Employee transfer to and from other projects tracking 13. Employee leave planning tracking and scheduling 14. Employee training linked with main database 15. Yearly comparisons for increments and amendmends in allowances. 16. Various Graphs 17. Employee mobilization and demobilization tracking 18. Payroll is not required at this moment. 19. User rights and user security level options 20. Data export to excel and import to Database options 21. User friendly forms, reports and query builder options. 22. Tracking of data entry users 23. Database backup system 24. Accommodation backcharge summary for the employees who are using accommodation more than their allowance as per company policy. 25. Option to collect annual appraisal amounts and data import etc. 26. Documentation/help files for each option and users manual. Existing excel reports and an incompleted Ms Access database will be send to the developer immediately after project award. Developer should support atleast 2 years inorder to support with further customization.
