Good Wordpress Implementor needed to move a 200 pages website to Wordpress

We have an about 200 posts big website in html with the SBI host, which needs to be moved to a dynamic and multilingual Wordpress Theme. There will be about 10-15 pages, the rest will be posts, and some comments. We are happy to pay 2$ per page/post, and additional for other services you can offer. Wordpress is installed, but no theme has been chosen as yet. You need to move the complete site as is, with a similar layout and colours. We are happy if you do copy and paste. If you have a better system, we are happy to follow your lead. The Milestones will be set and paid as we reach agreed stages.
