I have 400 logos. I need someone intelligent to go through and carefully arrange, or use a program if it can give the exact result, these logos into a collage. I want all images relatively standardized in size, with some logos that are better looking, more complex etc slightly larger. I want them all straight, clearly visible, on a relative grid system perhaps with some filler in-between to make them look more professional and not like a quick job.
They can be a bit messy, for example in this photo:

However as they are all different colors, it will take an intelligent person to arrange them to fit without looking bad.
This is the closest image I could find to show how I want them spread out.

Clean, crisp, etc but closer together than in the last image.
For pixel size it needs to be website length, a decent size for a screen, for example 1000px then straight down. So I want a continuous, scrollable image. Not broken into chunks.
To be honest, I am open to suggestions on how to do it better, and would happily pay for any unique ideas to be executed, if not I am happy to simply have this collage made.
