so basically
you creating a Vacation Booking portal for one single holiday let for owner to manage it
all the pages will have to be designed from the two ref site where the cottage already advertised .

System will be set on laravel which is this should be used as base and develope all onto this system below.

with booking capabilities with stripe and paypal payment modules
payment gateway module
reviews module
attractions module
Booking Module
sophisticated Pricing module
Calendar module
Gallery module
Event-based Custom Email Templates (ie: when booked or enquiry happens etc)
Editable HTML Documents auto populated with TAGS(Travellers info) converted into PDF when emails sent)
Dispute module for if anything in the holiday let got damaged related deposit pays
Cancellation module , there is policies based on when it is cancelled they are is charges
