It is for rough cost only This project can be completed in PHP or Classic ASP with MSSQL or mySQL database and client side should use HTML, JavaScript and CSS, ideally JQuery library like Bootstrap or similar to give a professional look and feel to the forms and reports. About A web application is needed to record, and then update and resolve various types of " issues" within an Education Provider. It should also be able to record positive feedback from customers and staff suggestions. Some reports on the data will be needed to show numbers of issues created, resolved etc by month. Users There will be approx 15 users all needing their own logins, and ability to reset password etc. Anyone should be able to create and allocate a ticket Users should just see issues allocated to them and be able to update an manage them Certain users (managers) will need to see their staff issues and be able to update and manage their own plus their staff issues Data The system will support the creation of a number of different types and sub-types of records: - Service Issues - Customer complaints - Non-standard product queries - Problems with a product - System errors or user problems - staff suggestions for improvements - Materials requests from customers that need fulfilling - Service requests from customers that need scheduling and fulfilling - Customer positive feedback Record Attributes Each record will have the following attributes associated with it: Method – Selection from telephone, email. Website enquiry, Visit/Meeting/Event method – additional details – free text Date Created & Created by – automatically captured by the system Customer name – optional Contact name plus a method of contact for follow up either email or phone Status – Open or Closed Priority – High, Medium or Low (User guidance required) Title – A short description of the Issue Allocated to - Select a User Remedial Action(s) Taken - Text Notes / History - Ability to add a note an then view them as a list against the record in date order. Date Closed - Date/Time, auto-entered when closed Reports Reports should be available for senior managers only -so users need a type Current volume of Open Issues, by type List of open issues with summary details Number of Issues created and closed by type Workflow and Alerts Certain types of records may be automatically allocated – further discussion needed Email Alert should be sent to a user when a ticket is created or update that is allocated to them.
