Joomla template from PSD file

I need a Joomla template created and installed at my joomla site. You will be given the PSD file for the layout together with a jpg image, showing how the result must be. You must create a template that look EXACTLY like the image. Please read the detalis in Detailed requirements!!! ## Deliverables I need a Joomla template created and installed at my joomla site. You will be given the PSD file for the layout together with a jpg image, showing how the result must be. You must create a template that look EXACTLY like the image. The template must also have the following configuration optiones: 1. I must be able to change the image in top through the admin panel, and it should have the ability to be different for each site. 2. The two boxes right to the image, must be editable from the admin menu. I must have the ability to change both the background and the text in it. It can NOT just be shown as an image on the page. 3. It should be possible to ad the fading background of the boxes, to any element/menu i desire, with a class suffix. 4. The menu in top must be an animated dropdown menu. ( you can use a standard menu, or any menu you can find on the internet, if you want ) 5. The main content area, must have a leftbox, a middlebox and a right box. If the is no content in the boxes, they shall not be showen at the site. 6. You must create a second menu layout, that can be placed in the left or right area of the contentarea. This layout must look like the rest of the layout. 7. You must also create a layout for the listed objects like contacts, that fits in to the general layout. 8. The text of the site is in Danish. You can replace any danish letters with an "a" if you want, and i will change them back later. 9. Finally i need the tamplate within a week. If you cant deliver this, please don't bid on this project.
