Landing page redeisgn

[login to view URL] This site has used various red themed landing pages for many years. I would like to experiment with something new with a view to it effecting conversion. The red may give a sexual vibe which the site does not support. In doing so it could scare female visitors away who are our most valued members. The new design should also be more modern. A lot of work has been done recently to the current design to make it responsive making sure it functions well at all resolutions up to 4k. There is a lot of java that changes font sizes and the organisation of elements etc. You should pay careful attention to that that. Attached is the new key picture. Its 670 px high and should be used to replace the current red banner over which key page elements are displayed. The size of this area and the placement of elements on this area should not be changed. You have design choices over the following: colours font styles link design logo placement and size The organisation of the texts below the red banner (the possible inclusion of icons or pictures associated to each paragraphs content can be considered) You may have ideas regards other change you would like to do but are not permissible under these instructions, there may be room in the future for a further more dramatic change where they can be used. A psd of the logo will be supplied to the winner to allow for colour changes. Critically.....conversion is the issue here, nothing else! Often pretty designs perform poorly so don't compromise on factors that may affect conversion just to make tings look nicer. Selection will be weighted in favour of those who can demonstrate a deep understanding of this issue. The final design should be supplied for cs2 compatibility and will all layers, also html and css.
