Logo design for small health care education provider, possibly more

We've been teaching continuing education for manual therapists (massage therapists, physical therapists, chiropractors, occupational therapists, etc.) since 2013. Demand for our classes keeps growing, but the web site is a mess and the logo isn't great. We're succeeding in spite of our visuals, and we'd like to correct that. The company is growing, hosting larger events featuring multiple presenters, and is starting to offer CE classes in other countries (Canada, Israel, etc.). Articles about the education material offered have been published in America, New Zealand, Japan, etc. We plan to grow and have more presenters teaching classes in more locations for multiple health care professions. We are also planning to start producing online education content, books, videos, etc. The quality of the information we present is more important to us than our profitability. Our company needs a new logo that reflects an emphasis on growth and professional advancement through education. The logo will be used on our web site, documents, apparel, etc. We'll need versions in color, greyscale, black, and white. We would prefer high resolution, at least 300 dpi for sizing up. We would like to be able to make some large enough for use on banners without losing clarity. Our web site is www.HealthArtes.com. We like the colors of the current logo, but we're open to suggestions and a wide range of design ideas. The inspiration for starting the company comes from the fact that the company founder was a chronic pain patient, and it took him years to find therapists that understood what he was dealing with well enough to help him. By the time he went from pain-full to pain-free, he was inspired to help others become pain-free, too. He became a personal trainer, then a massage therapist. He continued studying and has learned from some of the world's foremost experts in pain science and manual therapies. He used his knowledge to help people, but by teaching other therapists and working with more instructors, he can indirectly help many more. Together, we are plan to keep improving the education and effectiveness of therapists that work with people in pain, athletes that need performance or recovery enhancement, children, the elderly, and everyone else. We plan to redesign and launch a completely new web site that includes a better course registration and payment process, a dynamic front page, links to video content, and which can be expanded to offer MOOCs (free and paid), free e-mailed content in exchange for contact information to build a contact list, and possibly a subscription option for accessing online education content. We are looking at a variety of platforms for hosting the desired content. We currently do nothing for SEO, Adwords, or other online marketing besides Facebook, and we don't currently use much e-mail marketing. We're aware of professionals that can help with these, but we're open to making new acquaintances with the expertise we need. Please supply line item quotes for logo/graphic design, plus any other services that you offer which may meet some of the needs indicated above. Our top priority at this time is a new logo to inspire and give direction for the redesign of our web site and other marketing materials. We're a friendly, caring company and we want people to feel like we can help them become better at what they do when they see our logo. Our budget isn't very big.
