I am looking for a Graphic Designer & Wordpress Expert to join my team

Hi All, I run Precious Website Designs and i have been in business now since 2010 and i am looking to expand. I am looking for people who are motivated and want to earn good money but at the same time passionate enough to do an amazing job. Job Role - Graphic Designer Your role will be mainly Website Design, You will design a website and every page within that site pixel perfect so it can be easily built from your images. You will understand the basics of a website and be able to understand what can and cannot be done. You will have a fresh mind and be able to produce stunning website designs that my clients will love but at the same time understand what my client needs and wants. You will also be in charge or Logos, Email Designs, Slideshows basically any graphics will be your [login to view URL] will also be able to work to targets and deadlines efficiently. Job Role - WordPress Developer Your role will be building the websites and uploading them to my hosting. You will copy the website pixel perfect from the design sent over and be able to implement HTML,CSS,PHP,JQUERY,JAVA and more as and when you are needed to. All websites are built in Bootstrap so knowledge of this would be beneficial. Your work should be neat and your code should be even neater with indents so anyone could read your code easy and make adjustments as when needed. You will also be able to work to targets and deadlines efficiently. Benefits of working with me, (I want to say you will be working with me NOT FOR ME i see Precious Website Designs as a family working together. ) There will be bonuses to people when i feel there work has gone above and beyond. You can earn extra if for example we quote for 1 month to do a website but get 2 done in one month you will earn commission plus your hourly wage. I believe in education so the company will pay for courses when i believe you are here to stay to improve your knowledge and ability. You will also have a quarterly pay review to access your work and see if we can increase your earnings.
