Microsite creation offer request

We will need a responsive microsite with 4 landing pages. Microsite CMS needs to be WordPress with a google analytics plugin installed. Parallax scrolling will be used as well as hover state occasionally. We will provide you with the newsletter teasers to so that the look of the microsite is in line with the rest of the communication. Initial structure of Microsite need to be up by End-October. Materials for the submenus will provided in waves (approximately every 20 days a new newsletter will be send), with completion of the hole project (last communication) on February 2017. Below we are providing you with the link of the site which will serve as the pilot for the structure of the microsite we want to create (with all the necessary changes in colors, menu, images etc.) For instance, the straight line under the menu items will be wave style (curved) instead of straight. We will have 4 main sections/categories (landing pages) on the menu items and each will have a number of submenus from the newsletters, inactive at first and once newsletter communication has been completed, the relevant submenu will become active (ex. 1st menu item submenu will be newsletter 1,3,5 2nd menu submenu will have newsletter 2,6,9 etc.) Also except from the menu, parallax scrolling can be used for entering the 4 landing pages as well. [login to view URL] Furthermore, we are providing the link of another site from which we will use elements and parallax scrolling for one of the submenus [login to view URL] (this site is not responsive, but in our case it will be) From the site above, we would like to use the timeline like navigation to navigate through information of various countries using parallax scroll down of this page in order to navigate through country flags we will use, and when selecting flag, enter to the page of relevant information, while when selecting cross symbol on the page, open a pop up like page with references. A creation cost, maintenance cost (separately) and delivery time estimation will be required, charging – payment methods, as well as a no charge proof of concept sample in the case we decide to proceed.
