I need a green screen animation or a transparent project in premiere pro based on my logos

Howdy! I urgently need an animation to be used like an intro for a mini series of vlogs on green screen or transparent to be used over my footage. I will give you my logo which you have to anime as if it's hand drawn, then I want you to put a tram to cross the logo, it's about the yellow famous tram from Lisbon (you can use a real picture or drawn), when the tram crosses the screen, it will delete the initial logo, and another logo will appear behind it, this is an event logo which is not mine and I do not have in the qualitative version and should be redesigned and slightly modified. Below the 2nd logo must be a slightly animated box in which I will write the title of each episode. There will be two versions, one with white logos another with dark colours to be able to use over any kind of background footage. Everything has to be transparent or green screen. the final version must be done on August 27th
