I need some graphic design

I’m looking for a creative and quick working T-Shirt Designer to work on a long-term basis. The Designer must be experienced with designing for Merch by Amazon. If you provide high-quality work and deliver on time, you’ll get lots of work from me. I’m willing to leave lots of 5* reviews for your business to succeed. Your Job will be very simple – I’ll send you an idea of a T-Shirt. You have to get creative and recreate the concept in your own style. You can use your Own TEXT and GRAPHICS. Alternatively, I'll provide the Text/Idea, and you design the shirt. Either way, the shirt must look visually appealing and totally different from the original inspiration piece. The T-Shirts would be Text, Graphics and both. The T-Shirts must NOT have any artwork which has any sort of Copyright infringing designs, graphics, fonts etc. Any element used by you must have full rights transfer to me. You’ll be required to provide all links to any elements used. You’ll have to create ORIGINAL DESIGNS ONLY. Any design copying would result in an immediate termination of our contract. Image specifications: 15"W x 18"H @ 300ppi (i.e. 4500 x 5400 pixels), CMYK, less than 25MB, transparent background. Please provide a png and a PSD/AI source file (layers unlocked). I will initially provide you with a sample design idea of 5 T-Shirts. You’ll have to make 2 different designs from 1 concept (therefore 10 different shirts) to showcase your eligibility. I’ll pay $20 for these 10 sample shirts (these are just the sample shirts). If we mutually like each other, we will talk bulk pricing and I'll hire you for my permanent design needs.
