I need a world-class, elegant web design

Hi I am looking for a web designing guru who can design a professional, eye-catching multi-purpose design that I can convert into a WordPress theme and sell on themeforest.net. #1 criterion for getting one's theme approved on [login to view URL] is DESIGN. I have tried my luck already but each time I submitted a theme, it got rejected because of the design. They say the design is not unique. I have inhouse professional designers but obviously they are missing something. A unique design has to be a combination of elegance, beautiful typography, color combination, etc. It's the minute things that make the design unique, impressive and eye-catching. There is no dearth of web designers but there are only a few designers who understand design concepts to the core and that's who I am looking to hire here. Again, I need a clean, beautiful, eye-catching design that has beautiful fonts, amazing typography, space used intelligently, and looks sharp and crisp. Keep in mind when designing that the theme we will create later will be a responsive theme so your design should only use elements that look good on mobile devices as well. I need a modern "2017" design. Requirements for bidding: 1. Please bid only if you have created world-class designs 2. Bid only if you can share your portfolio and/or a few live links 3. Don't bother to bid if you have ordinary designs 4. You won't showcase it on your profile, website, blog, marketing material, etc. Time Commitment: Let me know how much time it will take you to design a professional, elegant, world-class design. I will purchase the images directly from the stock site. Save the URLs and share with me once the design is ready.
