Redesign Wordpress Landing Page & Edit Other Sections of Website

We have a budget of $10 to $20 (MAXIMUM) to do these simple edits. This is a WordPress website but the Developer used a theme or plugin called "Divi Builder" so that we could easily edit the template. We need a good WordPress Website Designer that can start immediately and complete the project today! See project tasks below: 1.
