Social Media Marketing Expert/Graphic Designer with experience working for Musicians

I am a musician launching my single and am looking for a social media marketer with graphic designing skills who has worked with musicians in the past. I am looking for someone to help create and manage social media campaigns to expand my reach and promote my current single, songs and brand. I'd like help designing the strategy, creating content, graphics and scheduling posts, engagement, and growing followers.
Project deliverables:
- Create engaging content to generate interest and virality for the campaign
- Scheduling posts
- Create graphics (Social Media Banners/ Posts )
-Engaging with the audience on my behalf
Skills this project requires:
- Ideally, someone who really understands how to build personal brand
Be able to create graphics for posts or has a team to create graphics
-Experienced with Instagram 'growth hacking' to drive interest and followers
